General questions
Can I buy jewellery available online in a stationary shop?
Yes, LAU is available in Kraków at the Warszauer Hotel and in Warsaw at the Saint Body boutique.
Is it possible to collect my order personally?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order in Krakow at the Warszauer Hotel.
Is it possible to order jewellery in gold?
Yes, on request we can make the selected product in 14 carat gold (sample 585).
How do I take care of my jewellery ?
Gold plated jewellery should be removed every time we take a shower, clean ourselves, use cosmetics or perfume, because gold plated products cannot come into contact with chemicals and humidity, under their influence the gold plating may be damaged.
Shipping questions
What is the shipping cost and which courier will send the order?
Within Poland, all orders are delivered via Inpost courier service. The shipping cost is:
to a designated parcel machine - 15 zł
delivery by courier - 18 zł
Within Europe, shipments are made by courier DPD. The shipping cost is about 8 zł.
We do not deliver cash on delivery.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time in Poland is 3-5 working days.
Delivery time outside Poland is 5-10 working days.

Returns
Send the package containing the returned item and a legibly completed returns form to the address below:

The shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
We will refund the money within 14 days from the date of delivery to the indicated address
Exchanges
If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Send the parcel according to the instructions in returns.
Complaints
To make a complaint, please send the product together with the complaint(return) form to our address, following the instructions described in returns.
Once we have received your return, we will forward the product to you for processing and will get back to you in 14 days with information on the acknowledgement and processing of your claim.
