Returns & Exchanges

In line with our sustainable development policy:

- We aim not to create stockpiles; therefore, the studio reserves the actual order fulfillment date. The deadlines specified during the order finalization process are approximate.
- We treat the production of our objects with the utmost care and attention, adhering to the standards offered to our customers.
- Objects, including candles, are handmade, which is why the images on the online store are illustrative.

RETURN POLICY
At LAU, each product is carefully prepared and sent specifically to the customer. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The buyer can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have had their protective seal removed, show signs of use, have been produced according to the buyer's specifications, or are intended to satisfy their individual needs. To exercise the right of withdrawal:

- Send the product in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, along with the receipt and a completed RETURN FORM.
- The buyer must bear the cost of returning the item (securely packaged to prevent damage).

COMPLAINT
If the product you ordered has a defect, you can also file a complaint. First, please report the complaint to the email address contact@laujewellery.com. Provide the order number, describe the defect, and send photos of the product in question.
If the customer detects damage to the package during transport, indicating third-party interference, the customer must draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. Complaints arising from damage to the goods during transport will be considered based on the complaint protocol prepared by the customer and the courier.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To exchange a ring/signet/chain for a different size, you must return it in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, along with the receipt and a completed RETURN FORM.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders that have not been fulfilled by the courier company can be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact us:

- By sending an email to contact@laujewellery.com, informing us of the cancellation.
- Or through our Contact Form.

If order cancellation is possible, you will receive an email confirmation of cancellation and a refund.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the return. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the initial payment, unless the buyer and the seller agree on a different method. The waiting time for a refund is 14 business days.
The seller is not obliged to refund the return shipping costs incurred by the consumer.
